Remember:

Embrace the Dust: The Kalahari is known for its sand and wind. Pack durable, comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting dusty. Leave your most precious outfits at home!

Layer Up: Be prepared for extreme temperature swings. Days can be scorching hot, while nights get surprisingly cold, especially during the winter months (June-August).

Essentials On-site: Bring enough of your personal essentials to last your entire stay.
